Learn how to combine spices and flavors with Anita Jaisinghani.  Indika offers a completely unique hands-on approach to cooking classes for the novice as well as the seasoned cook in a relaxed setting, using all the perks of a restaurant kitchen.  The best part is at the end, when everyone sits down to enjoy the food along with some wine at the communal table.
